If helpdesk is a no, stay on GBP. WhatsApp senders are not a gold rush.

The read

  1. Helpdesk copilots are a quiet Chrome category. If that idea is a no, look at the two products we already sell.
  2. GMB Everywhere is the GBP listing that actually grew: plus 100,000 users in the Chrome-Stats month window. It sits at 300,000 now. The Aug 25 dump already showed 300,000, so the jump was earlier in that month, not this week.
  3. Phantom is the only other GBP audit that moved this week (10,000 → 20,000). Same job, much smaller. Treat the jump as a bucket change, not a million-percent story.
  4. PlePer has 70,000 users and 2.9 stars. That is the weak large listing in local SEO, not a new category.
  5. Maps scrapers are bigger than audit tools (Presto 400,000). None grew this week. They pull lead lists. That is not a GBP audit.
  6. WhatsApp bulk senders are crowded. Several big ones dropped a user bucket this month. RocketSend.io is not a visible listing in this dump. SheetWA does the Sheets-to-WhatsApp job at 30,000 users, flat, 3.9 stars.
  7. If we pick a next bet from this store: keep pushing GBP. Do not treat WhatsApp senders as a growth gold rush.
